LG K7 keyboard doesn't appear on the screen after encrypting the phone

The screen is bright, the backspace cursor is blinking waiting for me to type.
And the phone is chirping about every 5 seconds.
I've turned the phone off and the taken the battery out 4 times... What can I do???

Does the screen respond to touch in general?

Try connecting a basic USB keyboard via an OTG cable.
