So basically, the phone was working just great for all the time it was used, then my sister got a new phone so obviously this one got turned off for couple of months. After i tried using it now, it wouldn't react to anything. No LED while charging, no screen reaction, nothing happens when i try to turn it on. I have tried replacing the battery, but it didn't do anything, the phone still doesn't react to anything. What could be the issue here?

A dead battery. Plug the charger in and leave it overnight. If that doesn't help, you might need an external charger that does pre-charge. (The phone is worth less than it would cost to repair it, so if you can't get it working by charging it, toss it and buy another phone - it's cheaper. [You can buy an L Fino for about 3000 rupees.)
