I appriciate all your help!

I've just rooted my phone and everything seemed to be OK. Unfortunately, I faced a big problem after using titanium backup to delete some system programs! Although I've tried many ways to fix it, I was still stuck in "Unfortunately, Lg set up wizard ahs stopped".

Please, guide me the way to get out of this!
