Hi, I have an LG Optimus l3 that appears to be stuck in ClockworkMod Recovery v5.8.4.5 (Apologies in advance if I have posted in the wrong place)
Bearing in mind I have very little knowledge regarding things like this I have searched online and downloaded the xionia cwma recovery zip, put that on my sd card, put it back in the phone, selected unmount sd card, choose a zip, then I selected the xionia file, confirmed then I get...

Installation aborted.
I have tried rebooting but it just goes back into recovery mode.
There are no other files currently on the sdcard (don't know whether there should be) and no sim card in the phone (don't know if this makes any difference)

Any help would be much appreciated as the phone has been stuck like this for months now.
