LG Optimus L90 D415 Ghost Data Problem

Hello, I've been wondering if any of you know how to fix the "Ghost Data" problem, system data is taking 4.12GB and I only have 8GB data total. The phone is rooted but I was having the problem before the root, I've also tried looking for the "alog" files as suggested in multiple other threads, and some other solutions, but none of them have worked.

If anyone knows a solution it would be GREATLY appreciated.
