LG Optimus M: logo loop help!

I have a old lg optimus ms690,yesterday I went to turn the phone back on since I haven't used it in a while,when I plug it in the electrical or usb the phone stays on the lg logo screen loop,now I have tried everything that I found online and cant get it ino any other modes either.need help! any info?

Have you tried completely recharging the phone, first?
