LG Optimus Slider Mishap

I hope someone could give me answer i rooted my phone and funked up now phone stuck on. lg logo screen couldn't hard reset or nothin else tried using sdk tools but it won't recognize my device is my phone useless

What did you do after rooting your phone?

not really sure it was a while back man but i remember it rebooted and in blue letters said "udc fastboot mode" so i used the sdk tools i typed commands and the phone would listen i tried to flash stock rom and it rebooted and got stuck on lg logo screen now the sdk tools just says <waiting for device>
