LG P505 connects to router but cannot access internet

My LG P505 Connects to router but cannot access internet.With the same connection and router my laptop works fine the only issue is the LG phone (only connects to router but not to the internet.

Tried to go to wireless and network settings- advanced -checked and unchecked use static ip.
connected my laptop to wifi and it runs fine .Tried doing ipconfig/all on laptop used the values mentioned but no luck.

What values do I need to put in ip address, gateway,netmask,dns1,dns2 when I use static ip?
Additional Details:

Router name tiscalli SE587 and I have broadband internet connection (have to put user name and password to connect)

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I wasn't sure either,so I called my cable company. they should help you with that issue. thank lizz sprint didn't want to help me at all,even though they get my money everymonth. :-\
