LG Premier Pro Frozen

I'm trying to unfreeze a LG Premier Pro
It seems out on me, I can't take the battery out.

I've tried to hit the back power button in the side up button.

Are there any other options that I have to unfreeze this phone?

What do you mean by "frozen"? Is it just not powering on? Or is something on the screen, and it's just not responsive to anything?

On any Android phone, you can typically force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 20-30 seconds.

It's a six year old phone from a company that doesn't make phones anymore, so it's probably a good idea for you to look at getting something newer.

Try a forced restart by holding the power button and volume down button at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the phone restarts. That should unfreeze it without needing to take the battery out.
