I have the stylo 2, and it has a broken screen. I have no intention of replacing the screen, as I have a new phone. My question is this; is there a way I can plug out into my laptop to be able to have access to the files on there, without actually being able to see the screen? I have the driver's installed, but it's charge only because I can't see to be able to turn on USB Debugging... Can this be done via laptop?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think so. In order to send ADB commands, USB Debugging would have to be turned on.
