lg stylo 4 audio issues

[Android Central Question]

my phone worked fine until a couple months ago. i have no idea what's happening. my audio is fine when its not connected to anything. however, when i put my earbuds in or connect my beats through audio i cant hear anything. i know the issue isnt with my beats or earbuds because i can use them with my laptop just fine. ive restart my phone multiple times and it still doesnt work. does anybody have any idea whats happening?

Plug-in? The earphone jack could be bad.

Bluetooth? They may not be paired, you may have Media disabled for that connection.
