LG Stylo - keep getting error message "Cannot connect, please try again" - how to fix?

[AC Question]

This started out of the blue 3 days ago. Msg appears 10-15 times a day. When I check my wi-fi connection it is rated "excellent" on the phone. Don't know what's causing this.

Which app is this on? I would try to restart the phone as a first step
