LG Stylus Plus 2 "Your Device is Corrupt..."

Hi, I just recently rebooted my LG Stylus 2 plus and it gave me a message saying "Your phone is corrupt it's might not work properly etc" Should I worry about it is it harmless? Help, please.

The last app I downloaded was like 2 and a half weeks ago. It was a McDonalds app
But I got rid of it.

It shouldn't. But it may be possible that the OTA became corrupted. Have you considered a factory reset?

I guess a factory reset wont do any harm. Still, should I be worried about it or simply leave it be? The phone works fine...

You could leave it be and keep testing it.

I need help I have the same problem but it just loops it says “Your device is corrupt.
It cannot be trusted
and will not boot.” Then it gives me a “Your device will power off automatically after a while” and it does so and turns back on in a loop I try to factory reset it just gives me the same message is there anything I can do?
