LG Tribute 5 phone frozen on "Your device is configured"

There is a "next" option on the bottom of the screen but it doesn't do anything. The screen just stays the same. I tried to factory reset the phone by holding down the volumn down and power keys until the LG logo appear. I would take my finger off the power button and press it again...blah blah blah...

Nothing has worked. Please help.
