[LG Ultimate 2] I am having problems opening an account on my Southwest app

I have an LG Ultimate 2 L41 C android mobile and when I go to open an account on my Southwest app (which I had no problems uploading), I keep getting the message "Unknown Error While Conncecting"?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this the first time you've used the app? Does it persist after a reboot? Does it occur on both wi-fi and mobile data?
