LG Urbane 2 LTE - Fantastic Battery Life

I would like to share my findings with the community. Yesterday I went for a run:
- 1h:20m run,
- screen always on, brightness 4,
- GPS on,
- BT music playing,
- running app: GhostRacer (I was running against one of my previously recorded runs = many calculation-intensive metrics),
- started the run with 100% battery,
- step counter on,
- (WiFi on but disconnected; Cellular off).

When I finished my run, the battery was 78% full! This is a fantastic result! There is nothing on the marker that gets close to those results.

BTW, I have the watch for about 3 weeks and I have a feeling that battery life improves with time (typical for this kind of battery/device)

Yeah, I agree, I think the battery is pretty good. And the battery has definitely gotten better over time. The first few days I could barely get through the day, and now have at least 30% at the end of the day.

- step counter on
Can you switch it on and off, and if so, where?! I have issues with my step counter, which does not match Fit, and undercounts by a lot.

I agree, there is nothing on the market that can compete with this watch or its battery life when GPS tracking. I think I go from 100% to around 85% in an hour of GPS tracking and music streaming. This device blows my mind every day. I wonder how many of them are out there (not returned).

Wow, that's awesome indeed. Too bad I didn't get one before the recall.

For those on TMobile, the watch too has been flawless so far?

Except the fact that it can't work with T-mo's Wearable plan (no fault of the watch, nothing but T-mo branded smart watch can be used), it should be working as well as Gear S, e.g. whether or not you will get 2G, 3G totally depends on the location. There will be no LTE because of the lack of 1700Mhz band support.
