LG UW 5G plays random ringtones on the phone for general contacts.

[Android Central Question]

Here is what happened:
I got in my truck and started to drive away (maybe 1 min. or less). I had a friend call me within that min. and the ringtone was not the default ringtone as it was in my contacts. Instead, it started playing the first saved ringtone (alphabetical order I suppose). It does take a while sometimes for the phone to connect fully to my truck for calls but this time I got a generic ringtone on my truck and a random ringtone started playing on my phone. Please help as this is very embarrassing.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a lot of custom ringtones saved to the phone? Does this only happen in your truck?

And to be clear, you have the LG Velvet 5G UW?
