Someone please help me! I've had my v10 since November 2015. But all the sudden my phone went into a bootloop. Is there any way that I can fix this for free and without having to go inside the phone?

How long did it take to get your phone back? Mine has showed as under repair for nearly 2 weeks on the tracking site.

Mine was in warranty repair for 2 weeks as well....maybe they were running low on replacement boards? I called the LG number told them it was more than 2 weeks. Today I just got the email they completed repair and sent back.

So doesn't hurt to call if it gets things moving.

I did the same thing via email. Got told it takes up to two weeks to repair them. Today I got an email saying it was shipped and I should receive it Friday via FedEx. The repair said they replaced main board and other. Really curious what the other is. Will be nice to have my V10 back. I have a Note 8 now but the sound difference between the Note 8 and the V10 through the headphone jack is like night and day. That DAC chip in the V10 is amazing. I'll continue using it at the gym and in my car to play music. Truly awesome sound quality!

I'm actually surprised they fixed mine.
I had sent it with a cracked screen and I had tampered with the unit trying to fix myself before sending to no avail. I mean, I had screws that were missing and some stripped screws when I sent, but figured the worst they could do would be to send back and say device was tampered with. But not only did they replace the main board, but they replaced my cracked screen and the front and bottom bumpers because they had lost all the adhesive when I took them off and was messing with it.

I have to say LG went beyond my expectations for this.
