LG V10 Camera Questions

Hi - I'm comparing the LG V10 camera to the Nexus P6 - I love the V10's camera - when it works - but in some low light situations or in scenes with movement (i.e. people in motion), I find the V10 a bit slow to focus. Is there any similar issues out there being observed by folks? Is a software fix able to address this?

Also - the Nexus 6P has a fantastic HDR+ mode - will this ever come to the V10... maybe with Marshmallow? What exactly is required to support HDR+... Camera2 API's? Is it additional hardware?
