Finally got to use Adobe Photoshop to look at the files from the V20. It does show the correct Resolution. So the problem definitely is with the Photos app. Hopefully they fix it. Side Note: I finally got my V20 from Sprint that I purchased from Best Buy unlocked. Now I can use my T-Mobile data only plan with it. YES!
