LG V20 bluetooth range

The bluetooth range of my lg v20 is too short. On my samsung s6 before, i can walk like 10m away from my bluetooth speaker and would still work. Now with lg v20, just have it 2ft away frm the bluetooth speaker or have something come between the devices, it distorts and will disconnect if it continues further.

Ive tried with other bluetooth devices and is still the same. What could possibly cause this and solution for it? I have a LG-F800L model. Thanks in advance!

I don't have that problem. On my last Bluetooth headset, I could get about 20-25 ft away if there was no obstructions. On my current one, I get about double that range. So I'm wondering if it's something with your specific phone that isn't letting it communicate properly.

I have exactly the same problem. I have not been able to get a fix too. Anyone with a fix to this? Please.
