LG V20 did I just get hacked?

I got a software update notification tonight. Looked like Verizon, smelled like Verizon... My finger automatically tapped [OK] and everything proceeded as expected, although it's been quite some time since this old phone was offered an update. After everything finished and the reboot I googled the software version and build number but found nothing. Did I just get Trojaned?
