Here's my full translation:

LG worked closely with Google to release the LG V20 with the latest Android operating sytem, Android 7.0 (Nougat). Of smartphones launched and equipped with Android 7.0, the V20 will be the first.

V20 is a premium flagship by LG and offers the best multimedia experience in succession to the V10 model released last October. LG plans to launch the V20 in September and stated that the name V20 means that it is going after perfection.

The V10 introduced the world’s first “dual selfie camera” and “second scree”, a feature that enhances the user’s visual experience. It was also the first smartphone built with a HiFi 32-bit DAC (Digital to Analog Converter. It received a great response from consumers due to it’s excellent sound quality.

LG has launched the Google reference smartphones: Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and Nexus 5X. In addition, LG and Google have signed a ‘global patent cross-licensing agreement (Cross-licensing Agreement), and strengthened their existing partnership, including a comprehensive patent application until 2023.

LG CEO MC Business Division, President Cho Jun-Ho said, “The latest Android OS will be equipped on the V20; the first among the newly released smart phones”. The V20 will set new standards in the premium phone market and has more expanded multimedia capabilities”, he said.

A friend ran it through Google Translate and had some different takeaways, but I interpret this as LG saying that they'll be the first non nexus OEM to ship phones that are running Android 7.0.

If LG don't screw this up, this is a very very strong contender for my new phone once my G3 dies.

This may give me something to JUMP to with my TMo Nexus 6, as long as LG doesn't shrink the display.

Well, not really. Engadget's still pushing guesswork as fact: "The news means that the V20 will likely be released before any Nexus phones"

My bad, they confirmed in their new press release: “We are excited to offer the first phone in the world to feature Nougat out of the box,” said Juno Cho, president of LG Electronics and Mobile Communications Company. “

The phone is expected to come with a 5.5-inch in-cell screen with a 1080 x 1920 display. Powering the LG V20 will be a Snapdragon 820 SoC with a quad-core CPU and the Adreno 530 GPU. 3 or 4GB of RAM will be inside. Internal storage will be available in both 32GB and 64GB variants with a 256GB capacity microSD slot available. camera on back is supposed to get a bit of a bump to 20MP. A Type-C USB port will be on board with a large :D4000mAh battery.
Downgraded screen size? downgraded screen resolution? downgraded storage. These are the leaked specs for the LG V10 but it could change.

I sure hope this V20 turns out good. Moving to Samsung because of the G4. I wanted to like LG, but they messed up the bootloader on the G4, so that it just kept rebooting by itself. Just, le sigh. Still, I love the LG commercials, they're fantastic.

I absolutely loved the V10, wasn't a big fan of the '2nd screen' but otherwise was really impressed. The V20 is even better! The V series for the win.

V20 is said to have dual cameras both rear and in the front. Now that would be great. Aspecially for Selfie lovers. I would personally love that too.

I am sitting on an upgrade and am wondering if this v20 is my guy.

I have a g3 and absolutely love everything about it... except the screen fading to black.

Do any of you have a concern that this will happen with the v20 or am I just paranoid?

Not sure if that issue will happen with the V20... It seems like a solid choice to go with, IMO. I, too have a G3 and love it, and so the V20 is super appealing! :)

As long as it doesn't have the infamous bootloop like the G4, G5, & V10 than you're good.
