It benefits Best Buy because they get the incentive kickback for getting you to sign a 24 month financing contract with Sprint. Sprint benefits because the majority of people will ride out the 24 months of payments which means they keep paying Sprint for service for 24 months.I just feel like most people buying the Sprint phone are already Sprint customers. And it's not a contract, just phone financing. Maybe they do make more money that way, but I don't see it benefiting Sprint as much as it could benefit Best Buy.
Call it a contract, agreement, financing plan, whatever, simple fact remains... They are getting $720 out of you and you signed your name. That's a contract.
