Lg v20 screen timeout

I just got a lg v20 from a friend and for some reason if i'm not touching the screen it will go to sleep in like 5 seconds. Tried every setting i can think of and none of the display setting are stopping it. Thanks in Advance. Its a Tmobile V20 7.0

Did you check the power save settings? if display settings aren't changing it, maybe Power save is over riding them?
