LG V20 will cost nearly same price as the Note 7!

Just makes it easier for people to make the decision to go IPhone over Android.

Or I actually hope it makes people take a second look to premium phones like OnePlus3 and ZTE Axon 7 for $400.

First rule of pricing, don't under price your product -- you are just telling consumers you're not that good. Challenger brands (ZTE, OnePlus) need to go low to get traction. LG sees itself as a premium brand, equal to Samsung. They basically have to price it in the same ballpark.

The last LG I owned had stress cracks with normal use around the cheap plastic casing... It'll be a long time before I own an LG phone again - they have a long way to go ...

That is a good point...... but that only gets you so far. LG doesn't have the market share or sales precedent to warrant that kind of price to be honest. The G5 was a sales disappointment and the V20 is over priced imo

Heck, I would go back to the 64gb MXPE before going to the iPhone. Stuck with iTunes, no drag and drop, OTG, Flash support (still works great), no emulators or theme changes without jailbreak,?no sd slot. Pass

Also, the Plus signal reception is weak for LTE.

I had an LG v10. I loved it until the update. The battery life became unbearable. We switched providers and I got a note 7. I miss some features on the v10 but that battery life ruined it for me

Not anymore. The V10 has a removable plastic backplate with a rubberized coating, but the edges are metal and it is a very solid build.

I've never been an LG fan, seems like a knockoff phone. Just my opinion. I know people that won't use anything else. Any LG is no buenos for me.

I can't imagine LTE on the Plus could be worse than it is on my Note 7. On the same network and in the same places (home and work) I never have LTE on my Note. On my 6s Plus and my Nextbit Robin I had LTE in both locations. In fact, where I live my Note is stuck on 4G whereas my other phones always have LTE.

Huh. I've never owned an LG and was interested. Not SWITCHING from my Note, but I like to try the other phones. When the pricing came out I was like ugh no...Sounds like people loved them or hated them (as with all phones I guess) Nothing (right now) could make me choose an iPhone though.

I had the G3 and G4 and loved both phones. The V20 just doesn't offer the same features as the N7 though, which is why I'm keeping my N7.

I thought the v10 looked great, but don't like the way the v20 looks. But not moving away from note 7 anyway. Love this phone too much

You may not have a choice to keep your Note 7. By law you may be required to return it if it becomes a recall again or else they will deactivate it.

Staying with the n7. First phone away from the nexus lines.. Pixel looked ewww this year.
