In the past two weeks my T-Mobile LG v30 has started to random restart. Then there are apps that are uninstalled.( Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Kroger, Healthy Benefits to name a few)
This phone has give me no problems and still runs smooth with decent battery life.

My question would be - are you still using the original battery, or a replacement, with a device that old? The reasons for random reboots are typically a faulty or outdated app, battery, or buggy firmware. At 4 years old, roughly, I'd tend to have a good look at the battery.

Also, are you running stock OS, or a custom install? Added any recent apps? I see you said you deleted some. Can you get the device into Safe Mode, and does it reboot from there? Just running the gauntlet of question to try to help get this solved for you.

I bought it used two years ago and get pretty good battery life at 75%. Running normal OS that came with it.
If I turn the phone off ( I did this for the first time tonight ) wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on all of my missing apps show up.
When I go to the play store it showed them uninstalled so for no reason I turned it off and turned back on and they are there .

Do you mean that the battery health (as measured by an app like Accubattery) is 75? Anything <85% is considered to be deteriorating and unreliable.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. So you get good battery life if you set the display brightness to 75%? What's the battery level when the phone does a random reboot?

It's still worth installing Accubattery and checking the battery health.
