LG V40 T-Mobile Pre-order

OK so I am not ashamed to admit that I pre-ordered the LG V40 on Friday (10/12). The only color available is black. I always use a case on my phone so the color is not an issue. The only nitpick I have is that it is only available with 64GB memory. For a flagship phone in 2018 the minimum should be 128GB IMO.

I currently have the V30 which I am trading in on the Jump program for the V40. Also, I am getting the V40 for 0 down. The only promotion I was told about is that I could get the Samsung Tab E (tablet) for "free". I would have to add a data plan for the tablet. I turned that down.

How are you getting it for zero down on JUMP? I also have JUMP and everything I have seen says $200 down. That's one of the things keeping me from considering the V40

I thought it was $200 down too. I ordered it online through My T-Mobile and it was listed at 0 down. I think if you have been a long time T-Mobile user and always pay on time and have good credit, you can new phones for 0 down.

Wow that's the same thing I was thinking. I already got the V30 last Wednesday after I pre-ordered the 64gb Pixel 3.(I cancelled it). I think you will miss the crazy good battery life of the V30 though. This thing is amazing. The standby time is unmatched and that's what I really love. For me if the V40 was the same size as the V30 with the same type of battery life it would be a no-brainer for me
I really love the size and looks of the V30 though and no notch.

I ordered the V40 on Friday as well with zero down. (longtime T-Mobile customer with good credit.)
Also trading in my v30 on JUMP, which I have enjoyed a lot.
I'll keep the V30 for a week or so to make sure all's good before sending it in.
