LG Viper in fastboot mode

[AC Question]

I've had my phone off for the past month and it hasn't been touched at all. I put the battery back in (I had it taken out) and all that came up was a blue screen with the words

Enter the fastboot...
Enter the fastboot...

Long time no see!

Anyone know how to fix this without wiping the device?
