Lg xpower2 stuck at firmware update

Hi guys
I have never change my rom of xpower2 mobile.
For first i have tey to do that but it is still stucked in firmware update page and 0%.
I use the step 5 in link below but it does not work.

Please is there any way to get rid of this page?

Are you saying that any time you try to reboot or power on your phone, it goes to this page? If so, then it could be a hardware issue (related to the microUSB port, the Volume button, and/or the motherboard itself) or a corrupted firmware.

Are you able to force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 30 seconds, then powering on again normally?

Thanks for your attention.
Yes exactlly i am stucking in download mode.
Take a look at pic below , it is still after 24 hour.

I hold the power button for 30sec but after 1 min the phone shutdown. Then i try to again according to your video go into download mode , it goes but when i want to use lgup or lg flash tool , both showed the folowing errors.

Yes when i want to flash with botg lgup or lg flash tool , both of them showed the errors below :

I don't have direct experience with those LG tools, but it could be that the phone is too old, doesn't support those tools, or the server that the tools use is no longer online.
