Just picked mine up from best buy yesterday. I have to say $50 is a great deal considering I paid $250 for my s4 9 months ago. I'm kinda glad this phone isn't that popular.

I got mine two days ago for $16.99 with extension. Was quoted $199 online and $99 at the Radioshack two weeks ago. I was going to take the deal at Radioshack, but was still torn between the G2 and the S4, so I left and decided to sleep on it. I thought I'd check out Amazon since I'd gotten an EVO Design 4G from them before for a penny during some EVO Weekend Sale they were doing. As soon as I saw $16.99 AND that they had the white G2 in stock, I jumped on it. So glad I did. Especially since I paid over $200 for my last phone, an LTEVO. What sucks is that it's only 6 months old, and is rife with problems.

For you's just picking up the phone. What do you think of the battery life? Daughter took hers off charge at 1:30pm listened to music then we went out for a late lunch on our way to see 47 Ronin (good movie by the way). Long story short, its 8pm here and she still has 93% battery remaining

She's blowing my Htc One out of the water with that battery. I'm really astonished to say the least

I agree. I don't get to use it much seeing as it's my daughters but enough to know I want one.

Interesting. I went into the Sprint Store, and they told me that I had to change plans. I told them that was a non-starter--I have an old grandfathered family plan with unlimited data.

Curious where you are seeing this, online it's still saying $99.

If it does go up, you can get it at BestBuy for 50. Also, Amazon has the LG G2 for .01$ right now. If you'd rather get your device in store, bestbuy will price match if you bring in the add.
