Life 360 audible notification is allowed but not working

The visual notification is working fine, just not the audible... All other audible notifications work fine, have checked settings MANY TIMES... Any thoughts?

Welcome to Android Central! I'm guessing you mean this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.life360.android.safetymapd&hl=en_US

Which settings have you checked? Did you go to Settings>Apps, select Life360, then Notifications, and go through there? Have you checked to see if there are multiple notification channels? If so, then it may be possible for only certain notifications to be silenced from the app.
