If you mean your lifetime call duration; go into the Phone app, tap the "Recent" tab, then hit the "Menu" key and hit "Call duration". At the bottom is time for "All calls".
Also something to keep in mind; if you ever do a factory reset, it will clear that data back to zero (since it's stored on the phone's internal memory which gets wiped during a reset).
