Light redish screen tint?!?!

I just recently noticed there was this light redish screen tint when using my phone and you only notice it when the background is white I know it wasn't there berfore becuase Everytime I use my phone I can't help but to notice it... not sure what it is and if I should try and get a new phone,had this phone since it came out. The tint cuts the screen in half the upper half looks fine but the lower part you notice it... I tried taking a screen shot but it won't capture it really not sure what it is.. it's not noticeable unless whatever page I'm on has a complete white background...any help would be great thanks

my friend has this as well, I am afraid you have screen burn in and I'm not sure if that requires a new digitizer or new screen or both
