Probably a pie in the sky question, but is anyone aware of a free (or cheap) browser alternative than meets all of the following criteria? Here's my 
wish list:
1. Lightweight 2. Fast 3. No tracking 4. No ads 5. Switchable user agent 6. Flash support (local, not cloud) 7. Standard features like bookmarks and tabbed browsing.
I have found a few that fit part of the bill, but not enough of it. So the options I've already dismissed are Firefox, puffin, dolphin, naked, and possibly others. I'm ok with sideloading something suitable.
