Lines under screen in sunlight?

Nonsense. A case cannot scratch a screen. A case is much softer than glass.

I too noticed an issue with my phone in direct sunlight, however i would describe my problem as having a 10mm dark band down the screen aswell as other dark bands.

After watching a s6 edge plus teardown on youtube i believe the band to be the outline of where the battery is located in the phone.

My phone has been sent back to samsung for assesment/repair. i will keep you updated on the outcome.

my dear if you search on the internet you will find the same problem happens with a lot of people and my device stay with me only 3 days after i read a topic in the internet i realized that i have deep screen scratch all my friends face the same problem. :)

I can see lines under my S6 Edge+ in direct sunlight, and no its not the grid, and the lines are not all over the screen, I have one long one down the left side of the screen and some smaller ones on the right but not really anything in the middle of the screen. I can't really describe the colour of the lines but I'd say maybe they're white. It's really weird because I can only see them in sunlight, in any other lighting they're invisible, and when I say invisible I actually mean that. I have tried to spot them in any other lighting but I just can't. Is this normal? I found a post with someone with a similar issue but I'm not sure if it's the exact same thing.

Its not normal, but in service, they will tell you, that they will do not repair it to you.
