Links No Longer Open on Galaxy S9

[Android Central Question]

Today I noticed my Galaxy S9 will no longer open links when I click on them. Clicking the link will cause a new tab to open as if the link is working but the page remains blank and the site never actually loads. This happens regardless of which app I am using (ie. Chrome, Youtube, DuckDuckGo, etc.)

However, this issue is only happening while I am using wi-fi. If I turn off wi-fi and switch to mobile data, the links will suddenly open normally.

I've tried rebooting my router, clearing the phone's cache, and simply restarting the phone. Any ideas?

See if can be tested on another wifi?
