Lip sync issues?

I consistently have problems with the audio syncing with the video. The problem happens with both YouTube and Netflix. I would say about 50% of the time the sync is off. Has anybody else had these issues? It is so annoying that it makes my Chromecast virtually unusable.

I sometimes have the same problem. It seems to start after watching for a while. Then I can reboot it and it gets better. Not perfect, but tolerable. Netflix on my smart TV on the same network doesn't have that problem.
