list of apps to freeze?

ok, im still on the fence on rooting, i know, im a wuss lol. i had two questions, 1. what are a list of safe apps to freeze with ti backup, and 2. whats better for backup? rom manager or ti backup? thanks

well use this thread for a list of apps that are safe to freeze in ti or rename .old

and use titanium to back up apps, and use clockwork mod to back up your stock rom.... you will also need droid x bootstrapper to get into CWM recovery. use z4root to root if you decide too
