can you please share your list of disbled apps and if there was any side effects.

I, myslef, have these disabled with no side effects:
Books - I dont use it
Calculator - have Real Calculator installed
Download
Email - I use Gmail, not corporate
Exchange Service - I use Gmail
Google+
Movie Studio
My Verizon Mobile
Sound Recorder
Talk
Voice Dialer
Voice Search
VZ Backup Assistant

I wanted to ask if anyone knows if these are ok to disable as well:
VZWAPNService
VPNDialog
TalkBack
