Little 'man' symbol at bottom right of screen

[Android Central Question]

New G30, Android 11. I have been wandering around the System and App settings to familiarise myself with new features. At some stage a symbol permanently appeared at the very bottom right of the screen, which appears like an Accessibility prompt but which does nothing I can detect, other than a short sound when pressed.
Any ideas what this is, or how to remove it?
