live email , can't get all folders to sync ?

I set up my live email account on my phone , but I only get three folders , Inbox, Drafts , and Sent ... however I have about 8 folders in my account , did I do something wrong when I set up my email on the phone???if so can someone please tell me how do I set it up the correct way , will it sync both ways between the phone and the email serever and vice versa?
