live koi wallpaper became all black?

i just unplugged it from the charger, and i saw that the background is totally black. i had "live koi wallpaper". it is not there on the screen.

does that mean the app itself has a problem or the tablet?

Live wallpapers can crash sometimes. Just select it again as the live wallpaper to use.

Exactly. App issues are the app developer's problems. They are the only ones that have the source code, so they are the only one that can fix the problem. But, they can only fix problems if someone let's them know there is an issue.
