Live Video Sprint Note 10+

So I discovered on my Sprint Note 10+ when calling I have the icon for live video, but its greyes out so I cannot select it. Anyone have any ideas how to enable it.

It's a carrier dependent feature. I know AT&T will support it.

Tried that and no option to turn it on, sprint said we will not be able to utilize it due to live video not an option on their network besides duo

That's crazy how it shows, but you can't use it. Seems backwards but then again that's Sprint for you.
