Loading custom roms on verizon galaxy s3 problem

I'm having problems loading a custom rom on my phone. I have the phone root and using clockworkmod. I have no problem booting up to load the rom. First I wipe and format and then I flash a rom and flash the gapps with no problems. But when the phone boots it tells me that i have unauthozied software loaded and thats it and I have to reload using odim to get back to stock. What am I missing. Also I do not have the boot unlocked.

There is an app in the Google Play store that you can download if youre rooted and have a Verizon GS3 its called EZ Unlock

yessir, the only two things you need to do before you flash roms is unlock the boot loader and root
