Locating Disabled Apps?

Hey everyone... When you go to Settings > Apps > Filter By Disabled, are you getting the "No Apps Found" message even if you've previously disabled some apps? For some reason, I need to go into the Play Store to find an app I'd like to enable instead of simply going into the General Settings like I had previous mentioned. Is there something I need to activate to see my disabled apps?

I think this is something that happened in the last update. When I first set up my HTC 10, I could go to "Apps" and when I filtered by "All apps", I would see all apps in the normal order and the ones I disabled would have the word "Disabled" next to them. After I downloaded the update, all the disabled apps disappeared. For the record, they came back after a factory reset but disappeared again when I disabled them. Seems like a bug to me.
