Travled to Europe a couple of months ago and ever since I got back I keep getting a location unavailable warning. It tells me to enable Wifi and Bluetooth scanning to help with my location. The problem is I already have these features turned on! I use Wifi calling as I live in an area with very little Sprint service. I can turn the Wifi calling off and the notifications quit coming in. Usually after 10-15 minutes I can turn the Wifi calling back on, and I don't receive the warnings for several hours. Some days I may get one or two, other days I get over a dozen. The other odd thing about the warning is it only stays on my phone's lock screen for a few seconds and then disappears. Any idea on what this issue might be? Since I've been back I've reset my network as well as wiped the cache partition but it still keeps happening.

Never tried it. I do notice that despite having Wifi calling on, the icon isn't present and the Sprint VoLTE icon is showing instead. It was about the time they came out with the update that had VoLTE update that I noticed this issue arise.

Go settings >on top search bar type Google location history tap the one says app info

Haven't tried that yet. Tried all the above and it's still doing. Even blocked the notifications and it still does it.

You might have to try it in Safe Mode for a few hours if you can, to see if the error messages go away.
Also, can you tell which app is giving you that notification? If it's a toast notification that appears in the middle of the screen, use Toast Source to figure it out.

Just did it again. FYI, there's 2 ways it notifies me and it's weird. First is the standard location error where it says it can't find the location and you need to turn on the features that improve location accuracy. This notification stays on the lock screen until I remove it. What it's doing now, is what it does a lot of, and that's send the notification and sound, but the notification on the lock screen disappears immediately. It'll do this a couple of times, or several times in a row. Then all of a sudden it does it and the notification stays. In the time I've typed this it's done it 3 times and now the notification is still up on the screen.
