Lock apps ( and accounts )

Hello and happy new year. I want to lock some applications and accounts (Gmail, Yahoo etc) .If I remember correctly did a friend to the galaxy S3 (if I remember correctly) without use application. In the settings is "Device Encryption" .After the code selection process began but did not see options for blocking (for example, PIN code,, pattern, etc.). Encryption is for data encryption on the phone's internal storage (which helps protect against data theft from anyone who tries hacking into your phone) -- it doesn't lock your apps or accounts. There are numerous 3rd party apps on Google Play that can lock apps (although I'm not sure if they can lock individual Google accounts on a given phone).
