My phone is doing the same thing but it's in file systemui. It takes random screenshots of my lock screen. What does this mean?

What do you mean it's in systemui? Do you mean there's a directory called SystemUI, and you can see it in there? SystemUI is the user interface, so anything in a directory for that would be a system-related file. I wouldn't worry about it.
