Lock Screen Notifications

I just got the new update this morning for Lollipop, and now there are notifications locked on my lock screen. Is there a way to get rid of them? I really hate it.

I hate Lollipop - it looks terrible, the icons are huge. I'm not old or blind. And now my S health won't let me add workout. I don't take my phone with me to the gym or wear it when I clean house. I used to be able to add a workout, and now I can't. Must be a ploy to force me to get a compatible watch. Mine asked me if I wanted to notifications on the lock screen - but I can't see either how to get them off. I want message and email notifications, but not that I am over on my data usage and whether I am connected to wifi.

I found it under settings - then sounds and notifiations

I tried under settings but, it didn't work. I still have notifications.

I also have the update. I found where to control all notifications on the lock screen under Sound & Notifications/Notifications on Lock Screen (mine is locked with a PIN). But I don't want all my notifications, (FB, etc) so it's off. What I do want in Message (text) notifications on my lock screen, like before the update.
Any way to do that? Thanks,
